Natalie dress charity donation results

Hi everyone, and a big thank-you to all who purchased the Natalie dress and top pattern during it's first week! As promised, the full purchase price (less bank fees) of all Natalie dress orders between 8 and 14 December was donated to the Wellington branch of the Cats Protection League - a charity chosen by the muse who inspired the Natalie pattern.   And we're pleased to say that we raised a total of $290 USD for the Cats Protection League (which translates to $375 NZD). Yay! We've just made that donation to the Cats Protection League on behalf of you all. So thanks again, and have a lovely holiday (with lots of sewing time!)

Thank you, everyone!

A huge, huge thank-you to everyone who purchased the new Gillian dress pattern in it's first week of sale. 100% of the purchase price for the pattern (less the inevitable transaction fees that banks take off) got donated to the New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation - a charity chosen by the amazing women the Gillian pattern was named after. We've now calculated how much was raised - a huge USD $355, which translates to NZD $435 at the current exchange rate. Wow! That's an amazing result! That amount has just been donated directly to the NZ Breast Cancer Foundation, to help support all the great work they do. Again, thank you to all of you who purchased the pattern, mentioned it...

Meet Gillian

Hello all! Today, I'm excited to introduce you to Gillian - the latest Muse pattern. Gillian is a wrap-around dress, top or skirt, made up in knit fabric. With its vee neckline and yoke details, Gillian has subtle design elements reminiscent of the 1970's (the decade best known for wrap dresses) and the 1940's, while remaining modern in cut and overall look.     There's a midriff band and waist ties, to add a bit of structure and definition around the waist area. A v-neckline has a band which is top stitched down and eased onto the neckline to help prevent the dreaded gape-while-leaning-forward. And the bottom front has rounded corners, just for fun. With two skirt lengths and three...
